Everyone knows that they ‘should’ exercise. However, there are massive amounts of information and confusion about what type of exercise to do, when to do it, how much to do it.
Gym memberships are at an all time high, and yet so is the level of obesity. Now, I am not going to claim that correlation equals causation; however, it is time we rethink our exercise routines and why and how we move. It is not a matter of ‘burning off’ the calories you ate the night before.
