You are, by nature, wild. You are a part of the wilderness. What is good for the planet is good for you. What is healing the planet is healing you. What brings joy to the planet is your joy.
We are at a point in human evolution in which we must consciously participate and align ourselves with the wild. With the wilderness. The wilderness is self correcting and ultimately sustainable. Ecosystems naturally find balance and equilibrium. If our species wants to continue participating in the ecosystem we must shift the ways in which we are working, consuming, moving, and living our lives.
Here are 5 steps to start your on your journey of Wild Alignment! The future starts NOW
If you are on a journey of self-discovery, self-development, or self-improvement you’ve probably heard advice like, “Stop acting small,” “Step into your power” or “Do not be afraid of your strength!” Maybe it’s great advice, but what exactly does it mean? Think about the words power and strength- what comes to mind? Perhaps someone standing their ground. Voicing an opinion loudly. Being big and not backing down. Steadfastness. Rigidity. Sturdiness. Perhaps a strong mind and strong will. A muscled body that can CRUSH...
Ever feel like you’ve got a ton of things to do, but don’t know when you’ll get 'em done? Then, when you have an hour free you feel pulled in every direction and have no idea what the heck to focus on? Do you compulsively check your phone, refreshing the feed on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or... whatever your fix is? At the end of the day do you wonder where the time went? I am sure you said yes to something in this list. All of us do these things and feel this way at some point. Real good news is, I have something that will help.
Everyone is running around doing a lot in search of a few things. The problem is, most of what we do is not actually helping us achieve what we want.
I believe joy is one of those few things we want more of in our life.
We need space and time to cultivate Joy now more than ever before. Why? Well, our brains are bombarded by information coming at us from all directions all day everyday. “‘You are not enough,” “You could be happier,” and “Overall, things are NOT OK!” The following messages: “Spend more!” “Do more!” “Succeed more!” promise to fix these problems. This cycle (creating fear and then promising to fix the created problem with products) creates constant stress.
